Join three empowered teachers for a once-in-a-lifetime retreat set on the grounds of a luxurious private villa just outside Mexico City, near the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacán. Over six transformative days — timed to channel the uplifted energy of Holy Week and the Spring Equinox — we’ll walk in the footsteps of ancestors with the guidance of Mexican myth, land, and legend.
We will go on a sacred pilgrimage to the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon, take part in a traditional Temazcal ceremony, and visit Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul. Across time and space, pilgrims have been honored for their willingness to wander, discover the deepest part of their nature, and go beyond the comforts of what is familiar to find something new, brave, and indestructible deep within.

Your retreat facilitators have been walking the spiritual path for more than 20 years each and have extensive experience sharing their unique healing gifts. We are the living examples of sharing best of ourselves and our talents.
I will lead creativity workshops and rituals designed to honor the power of your voice with the pen (or paintbrush) as your sword. Exploring and giving voice to our creativity is how we honor our Divine essence. We are eternal beings who chose to incarnate at this time, in this body to experience something totally unique that will never, ever be repeated.
Jamie Della
I will share a guided cave meditation to welcome the unseen guidance in your life and integrate our visit to the Pyramids with a journaling on the terrapsychology of the Mexican landscape and cosmology. Tapping into the sacred feminine, I will lead a Frida-inspired journey into perseverance, unapologetic expression, standing with your sword held high. Weaving together ritual herbalism with Aztec and Tolec wisdom, we will explore your personal legend through the lens of Quetzalcoatl, a beloved God connected with wind, continual learning, and the arts.
Naomi Pareja
Naomi will facilitate shamanic breathwork, ceremony, and nervous system regulation. Naomi believes that transformational breathwork is the first layer of release. “It is like a plant medicine journey, but the medicine is your own breath. We use our natural ability to draw in sacred spirit and shift our cycles and rhythms. With sensory music and extended breathing, you journey within for a long stretch and let the body's nervous system reset loop run. The heaviness, the pain, the heartache, whatever has you feeling stuck, can move out to unlock the truest, deepest parts of you.”
