In this guided meditation, Connecting with the Tree of Life, we will channel energy from the core of Mother Earth though our own core, up and out of our branches in a visualization as the Tree of Life. Also known as Yggdrasil, this symbol represents individual growth and the ever-present connection to Oneness. The imagery will root you to earth and life's pleasures celebrated in the Wiccan holiday known as Beltane.
