Today we celebrate National Dolphin Day. Dolphin medicine reminds us that our playtime is sacred and imperative to good health. Dolphins love to frolic, make love and socialize. Do you think the people who chose mid April to celebrate the intelligent and frisky dolphins knew they were under the impish influence of Beltane? Or is that just another good-natured truck from the Universe to remind us that life is mean to be enjoyed.

We are the Goddess. We are the God. When we recognize ourselves as light beings emanating Divine energy we can literally do anything: bring peace to our lives, increase our wellness or prosperity and feel more joy and power!

Sometimes it takes a hot minute for beauty to settle on a weary soul. I’ve spent four years in isolation on a mountain where winds blow 100 mph, temps drop below 20 degrees below zero and much of the year the land is fallow. I’ve learned to be tough and more self reliant than I thought possible.
