#laughterchallenge I saw this video on @katehudson page of her mama @goldiehawn inviting us all to a laughter challenge. I was in the middle of giving myself a castor oil pack treatment because I was so freaked out about worries and some intense writing and needed to chill. 😎 I cried I wailed. 😢😫then I see this video from a daughter sharing her mother’s wisdom about laughter. Now I think Goldies laugh is just awesome and before I knew it was giggling so hard. I got up and recorded me laughing. My Shero. Miss Della Mae. Though she be small she is fierce. She is also brave and loyal #griffindor. So when she gets scared, she makes up her own songs and sings them to comfort herself. ❤️🎶 From learning how to ski to dealing with coronavirus my niece Miss Della Mae knows how to hang onto her courage and daring to hope. 💪🏽Della Mae is also the name of a kick ass all girls bluegrass band 🎶 @heyheydellamae.❤️My strong niece and I were both named after our family matriarch Della so we bond something fierce ❤️ My only regular zoom call is weekly Storytime from my childhood Narnia books with my darling girl, who just turned 10 -see the last pic. #shero #bebrave #musicheals #neice #love #sisterhood #girlsrule #passion #reading #familyisforever
